Belhaven Residential has appointed Brad Tisdale as the new Chief Financial Officer. Hailing from Gulfport, MS, Brad attended Mississippi State University where he earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s in Accounting. 

He has 20 years of experience in the healthcare and education markets which has allowed him to branch into positions pertaining to operations, finance, and accounting. In 2007, Brad served as the Chief Financial Officer at Reformed Theological Seminary and was named a three-time recipient of the KPMG Standing Ovation Award.

Brad’s inspirations include faith, where he and his wife, Sara, and two daughters Millie Ruth (6) and Ayres (5) attend Highlands Presbyterian Church and being near the water because he grew up on the MS Gulf Coast. He enjoys playing tennis and rental properties.
