The list below shows our current availability. As a reminder, the advertised market rate applies to a twelve-month lease. If instead you prefer a six-month lease, we’ll add $50 per month to the market rate. Because this information updates automatically when we receive notices-to-vacate or when someone pays a deposit and availability changes, we encourage you to check back often. To begin the process, simply select a unit and click “Apply Online.” We’d love to welcome you to Belhaven!

For your convenience, you can click on any unit to view a video tour. However, to schedule an in-person tour, the unit must show as “Available Now.” At that point, call our office to book a showing. Video tours may not show the exact unit, but they match the floor plan and reflect the unit’s overall quality. Still, some details—like countertop color or flooring type—may vary. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to inspect your specific unit before signing a lease to ensure you’re comfortable with your move-in.
