Summer blockbusters don’t just hit the movie theater, Belhvaven Residential has got some surprises of our own! Come in for a tour, pop a balloon, and who know’s what you’ll get. App fee waived? $100 off your first month’s rent? Everyone is a winner, and everyone who moves in during the month of June will be entered into a raffle for our grand prize: a popcorn popper, and a goody basket full of treats.

How to apply:

1) Submit a rental application and pay the $50 application fee. *applications take three to five business days to process. This depends on all the required documentation being submitted.*

2) Once approved, pay the security deposit for the unit.

3) Lastly, sign your lease and pickup your keys from our office.

Once you move in, we’ll be just around the corner if you need anything. It really is that simple!
