Belhaven Residential is not currently running a move-in special, but we want you to know that we’d love to help you find home in this neighborhood we love! If you’re interested in touring or learning more about how to apply for one of our apartments, homes, or townhomes, please visit our office, give us a call, or browe our website. Our staff are more than happy to help you fall in love with Belhaven.

How to apply:

1) Submit a rental application and pay the $50 application fee. *applications take three to five business days to process. This depends on all the required documentation being submitted.*

2) Once approved, pay the security deposit for the unit.

3) Lastly, sign your lease and pickup your keys from our office.

Once you move in, we’ll be just around the corner if you need anything. It really is that simple!
