1) Submit a rental application and pay the $50 application fee. *applications take three to five business days to process. This depends on all the required documentation being submitted.*

2) Once approved, pay the security deposit for the unit.

3) Lastly, sign your lease and pickup your keys from our office.

Once you move in, we’ll be just around the corner if you need anything. It really is that simple!
